My love of finance started at a young age, and it grew into a passion during my time at Ohio State, where I studied Finance (and minored in Spanish). During that time, I also developed a passion for volunteering and helping those in need. After college, I spent five years working at an energy consulting firm, managing natural gas assets for some of the largest companies in the world, while also serving on the community service board. While the energy industry was interesting, it wasn’t where I saw myself ending up. I got pulled back into the finance world by an ambulance company looking for a Financial Analyst. After a year and a half of working directly with the President and COO to successfully improve the profitability of the company, my wife convinced me to take a risk – to see if I could combine my passions and make it my career.
As always, she was right.
I’ve been with Strata Financial Group since 2018 and I love what I do every single day. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and registered investment advisor representative. I am also a licensed insurance agent and notary public for the state of Ohio.
Besides being a Wealth Advisor and helping families pursue financial freedom, I also enjoy writing the Strata Newsletter each month, as well as serving as Strata's Community Service Director. I am also a member of Strata's Investment Committee. Outside of work, my family and I enjoy playing sports together and rooting for all the Cleveland sports teams as well as the Buckeyes.
